I posted a quick video here on Instagram: The Miracle Miles Band is used twice in this workout and has some fun upper body and lower body moves. The Boosted Walk has HIIT (High intensity interval training) training meaning you do 15-20 seconds of jogging to get your heart rate up, and then heel digs during the recovery phase-then repeated a couple of times.
